Payment: The Diagnostic is invoiced at kickoff.

Builds are invoiced per phase, at the start of each phase.

Fractional and Model Care are invoiced monthly, in advance.

Payment within 15 days. Prices exclude VAT.

I invoice as a self-employed professional (autónomo) in Spain; EU VAT rules apply. NIF and address on the legal notice.

GDPR: a data processing agreement wherever personal data is involved.
Who does the work: I write the model, the data pipeline and the evaluation myself. Regulatory partners, if any, are named in the proposal.

Will you sign our MSA and NDA?

Yes. I work under your MSA and sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Can you be set up as a supplier and work against a purchase order?

Yes. I complete your supplier onboarding and invoice against your purchase orders. Invoices come from a self-employed professional (autónomo) registered in Spain, with EU VAT rules applied.

Who owns the code, the models and the data?

You do. Everything lives in your repositories from day one, and the documentation is written as the work happens. Nothing is held back at handover.

Where is our data processed?

In your cloud account (AWS, Google Cloud or Azure) or on your own servers. Where personal data is involved, we sign a data processing agreement under GDPR first.

What happens if we stop after the first phase?

You pay for the phases done and keep everything built so far. Each phase has its own fixed price, agreed in writing before it starts.

How does the Diagnostic fee count towards a build?

Your build slot is held for 14 days after the Diagnostic report. If the build starts within 60 days of the report, 100% of the Diagnostic fee is deducted from it.
