The work offered here (AI consulting and software development) is not a regulated profession in Spain: it does not require membership of a professional association (colegio profesional). I have not signed up to any code of conduct.

Services and prices

The services on this site are for businesses and professionals only. They are not offered to consumers.

Prices are in euros and are starting prices (“from”). They exclude VAT. VAT (IVA) is added to each invoice at the rate that applies. Every project gets a written proposal with a fixed price per phase before work starts. How quotes, invoicing and payment work is set out in the terms of service.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, design and code of this site belong to me, unless stated otherwise, or are used under licence.

You are welcome to read the site, link to it and quote short passages with a credit and a link. Please ask before copying larger parts or using them commercially.

Some content belongs to others and keeps its own licence: the typefaces, the open-source libraries in assets/vendor/ and the sample photographs in the few-shot demo. They are listed on the credits page.

Trademarks

Forbes and 30 Under 30 are trademarks of Forbes Media LLC. I mention them only to state a fact: I was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 lists. That is a reference to the trademark owner’s own list. It does not mean Forbes endorses, sponsors or is connected with me or my services.

The same applies to every other name and mark on this site, such as companies, publications, products and services (for example Hostinger, Cal.com or LinkedIn). They belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Links to other sites

This site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Scholar, press articles and the booking page on Cal.com. They are plain links: nothing from those sites loads here until you click.

I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement. If a linked page turns out to contain unlawful content, tell me and I will remove the link.

The few-shot demo has its own short terms of use. I try to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it is always online or free of errors.

This site and this notice are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute with a business will go to the courts of Sevilla, unless the law says otherwise.
